On May 19 he found time his schedule to step out of the kitchen and graciously meet with members of SCR’s 2010 Gala Cuisine Committee.
The subject? A dinner menu for SCR’s Gala Ball, “The Play’s the Thing,” to be held on September 11 at the Hyatt Regency.
